Kyle Danish, head of Van Ness Feldman's climate change practice, recently spoke at the Bipartisan Policy Center's, Regulation of Existing Power Plants under the Clean Air Act: What Is It and How Will It Work? Workshop.  The workshop examined the issues surrounding the new GHG regulations contained in President Obama's Climate Action Plan and how they might effect existing power plants.
