Van Ness Feldman's Kyle Danish was quoted in a Carbon Finance article on the introduction of a bill to the U.S. House of Representatives by Congressman Edward Markey.  In discussing whether or not Markey's energy independence and global warming committee has the authority to do this, Mr. Danish says that the committee's purpose is to "build awareness and goad action from the energy and commerce committee.”
