The Clean Power Plan & Hydro Power: How EPA's Proposed 111(d) Rule Impacts Hydro

The EPA’s proposed Clean Power Plan has wide ranging implications for the U.S. electricity system generally, and for individual asset owners and project developers, including those in the hydropower industry. This committee program call will provide an overview of the Plan and its key provisions. Speakers will also discuss the recognition and treatment of hydropower resources under the Plan and the potential impacts on existing operations and new projects.  VNF's Avi Zevin will be a co-presenter.
