Tom Hutton’s practice focuses on the electric industry, including transmission and renewables. Since joining the firm, he has assisted industry clients with matters including power purchase agreements and environmental regulation. He also works with the firm’s hydroelectric and clean technologies practices, and assists on litigation matters.
Professional Background
While attending law school, Tom served as an articles editor on the Harvard Environmental Law Review, and worked with business students through the MIT Sloan School of Business in a cooperative project focused on designing clean energy business models. He also assisted local businesses and non-profits with organizational and transactional matters through Harvard’s clinical program.
