Sharon White assists clients in the preparation of hydroelectric relicensing and preliminary permit applications, settlement agreements, and other license compliance filings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She has assisted clients on matters involving the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Clean Water Act (CWA). She also prepares and files legal briefs and other documents with federal and state courts.

In addition to her hydroelectric practice, Sharon also assists electric industry clients on issues relating to the development and acquisition of power projects, market-based rate authorizations, qualifying facility status, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to and during law school, Sharon was a paralegal and law clerk at Van Ness Feldman, focusing primarily on hydroelectric relicensing and electric practice issues.
