Michael A. Chase

Michael Chase's practice focuses on FERC and state regulatory matters relating to natural gas pipelines and electricity transmission. Mr. Chase has experience with FERC natural gas pipeline rate proceedings, acquisitions of natural gas pipeline and electric generation facilities by domestic and foreign companies, and general FERC regulatory matters. He also has experience with administrative and appellate litigation proceedings.

Professional Background

Mr. Chase was previously an energy associate at two law firms.  Prior to beginning practice as an attorney, he was a Federal Agency Affairs Representative in the Washington, DC office of the El Paso Corporation.
