Megan P. Walters

Megan assists energy clients by monitoring, reporting on, evaluating and providing analysis of Congressional activity, as well as advocating on behalf of clean energy solutions that support electric power generation.  In addition, Megan is the Director of Membership Services & Development for the Coal Utilization Research Council, a coalition of industry and educational institutions with an interest in promoting advanced coal technology by providing member services, communications, and policy analysis and advocacy.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Van Ness Feldman in March 2008, Megan worked at the Corporate Executive Board where she was responsible for developing and sustaining rapport with executives at Global 3000 companies, conducting territory penetration analysis to identify techniques and strategies most appropriate for corporate culture and probable issues of present concern, and assisting with membership development.
