Kaitlin Gregg assists clients with matters relating to energy and environmental law.  She provides counsel on natural gas, electricity, and environmental regulation matters including the Clean Air Act and climate change regulation.  

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin served as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable William K. Sessions, III in the District of Vermont from 2009-2010.

During law school, Kaitlin served as the co-president of the Yale Environmental Law Association, where she helped to plan a conference on the future of energy law.  She was also a managing editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation, and was active in the Environmental Protection Clinic. While in graduate school at Yale’s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, Kaitlin served as a research assistant at the Center for Environmental Law and Policy where she was part of the team that produces the Environmental Performance Index for the World Economic Forum.  She also has experience analyzing environmental issues for policy and research organizations including NRDC and the U.S. Forest Service, and presented on domestic implementation of the Kyoto Protocol’s Clean Development Mechanism at a side event during the Meeting of the Parties for the Kyoto Protocol in December 2005.
