Jaime Knepper assists clients with matters relating to natural gas, electricity, and the environment. Since joining the firm, Jaime has provided counsel regarding numerous FERC procedures and regulations, including tariff requirements, renewable energy project development, electric transmission issues, and rate cases. Jaime has experience assisting railroad shippers with contract and tariff disputes. She has also advised clients about the implications of air regulations, mobile source regulations, and administrative procedure law.
Professional Background
While attending law school, Jaime served as a legal intern for the National Audubon Society, where she researched and analyzed federal communications regulations and agency rulemaking histories, composed portions of petitions for rulemakings, and drafted comments on proposed federal actions.
