Harold W. Bulger, III

Harold Bulger, III assists clients with matters relating to natural gas, electricity, and clean energy.  Since joining the firm, he has assisted the firm’s clients on hydroelectric relicensing and license compliance issues, and is currently involved in several interstate natural gas pipeline rate case proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Professional Background

While attending law school, Harold served as a staff member of the Environmental Law Review.  Harold also served as the Managing Editor of the Dispute Resolution Society, a student group dedicated to alternative dispute resolution competitions. 

As a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Denny Chin, Harold confronted diverse legal issues such as securities fraud, breach of contract, and drug conspiracy.

Prior to law school, Harold served as a Marketing Manager of Global Merchant Services for American Express where he developed loyalty programs and strategies to drive charge volume at card accepting merchants.
