Barbara A. Deathe

Barbara Deathe has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal.  She supports the firm’s lawyers and clients with natural gas regulatory and transactional and matters before the FERC.  In addition to monitoring various proceedings before the FERC, she assists with the preparation of certificate applications, tariff filings, and other pleadings before the Commission.  Ms. Deathe also conducts bluebook citechecking and legal research for filings.
