Nancy Macan McNally has more than 20 years of experience managing government policy issues and representing clients before Congress and federal agencies.

Ms. McNally’s clients include individual companies and national coalitions seeking changes in federal policies on energy, environment, natural resources, transportation, and health care issues. Ms. McNally has particular expertise in the development and implementation of legislative strategies, grassroots and media initiatives, direct lobbying, public education, and the coordination of comprehensive lobbying efforts among multiple organizations.

Ms. McNally represents the world’s largest health care services company on federal policy issues. In addition, she has represented clients as diverse as Native American Tribes, hydroelectric interests, county and municipal governments, and public and investor-owned utilities. Ms. McNally also represents two broad-based national coalitions, the National Endangered Species Act Reform Coalition (for which she serves as their Executive Director) and Consumers United for Rail Equity.
