Chris Todd provides support for the firm's hydropower practice by assisting with the preparation of license and permit applications and motions and pleadings before the FERC and federal courts of appeal.  He also conducts legal research and checks blue book citations for filings and memoranda and monitors court dockets and the FERC e-library for activity. 

Professional Background

Prior to relocating to Washington, DC, Mr. Todd acquired over ten years of experience as a paralegal in New York City, primarily with commercial litigation firms.
