Haley Mittler supports the firm’s lawyers and clients with electric and gas regulatory and transactional matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  Ms. Mittler assists with the litigation of the California Energy Crisis before FERC and the U.S. Court of Appeals.  She also assists clients and the firm with implementing the new eTariff requirements under Order No. 714.  In addition to monitoring various proceedings before the FERC and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ms. Mittler also assists in the preparation of tariff filings and other pleadings at FERC and in the preparation and filing of briefs and other pleadings in the U.S. Courts of Appeals.
