Tracy A. Nagelbush

Senior Director, Governmental Issues*

Tracy Nagelbush works with Van Ness Feldman's policy team with an emphasis on government policy and financial incentives relating to alternative and renewable energy and clean technologies. 

Professional Background

Ms. Nagelbush comes to Van Ness Feldman after eight years on Capitol Hill working for Representatives Jay Inslee (D-WA) and Jim Davis (D-FL). 

As a Senior Policy Advisor for Representative Inslee, Ms. Nagelbush was responsible for managing all energy and environment issues on a number of committees, writing legislation, and strategizing on best practices for meeting policy goals.  She staffed the Representative's involvement on the House Energy & Commerce and Natural Resources Committees, and on the Select Committee on Energy Independence & Global Warming.

Ms. Nagelbush held various positions during her years of work for Representative Davis.  Most recently, she served as a Senior Legislative Assistant and was involved in budget, energy, environment, judiciary, labor, tax, and transportation issues.  She handled all appropriations requests for these issue areas.  She also staffed the Representative's involvement on the House Energy & Commerce Committee.
