Patrick Daugherty practices in the areas of energy and environmental matters and public policy. He works with clients in regulated industries, focusing on electric industry regulatory, ratemaking and rulemaking proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Mr. Daugherty assists clients with policy developments on the state and federal level related to climate change, clean technology, and energy policy. He also has worked on a team litigating a dispute under a power sales contract in state court.
Mr. Daugherty was a Webster Society Scholar and an associate editor on the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy at Washington University in St. Louis.
