Sharon White

Paralegal*

Sharon White is the paralegal for the hydropower practice at Van Ness Feldman.  She assists in the preparation of license and preliminary permit applications, settlement agreements, petitions for review, amicus briefs and other motions and pleadings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the federal courts of appeal.  She participated in two administrative hearings under EPAct 2005, in which she assisted in discovery and hearing preparation.  She also conducts legal research and checks blue-book citation for filings and memoranda, and monitors court dockets for activity.
