Van Ness Feldman's Kyle Danish Quoted in Point Carbon Article on Carbon Offset Legislation

 In a Point Carbon article on the Kerry-Boxer climate change legislation, Kyle Danish said, "Some companies may buy international offsets cheaper at the start of the US emissions trading programme and bank them.  It is possible people will acquire higher priced CERs in order to use them in later years, but it’s hard to predict that.”
