Washington State Climate Change Report TeleBriefing
February 14, 2008Dial in from anywhere for a one-hour early expert analysis on the new Draft Interim Climate Change Report submitted by DOE and CTED on February 7. The report, submitted in response to Executive Order 07-02, contains three elements: ways to meet the goals set out in the Executive Order, prepare for the unavoidable impacts of climate change, and engage and mobilize the public. Its recommendations will have far reaching implications for Washington State.
We will discuss the potential impact of current state legislative proposals relating to climate change issues. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists, including Janice Adair who is the Department of Ecology’s lead on climate change issues.
Van Ness Feldman's John Iani will moderate this TeleBriefing.
