EPA Finalizes Air Pollution Transport Rule

Kyle Danish and Henry Stern published an article in the August edition of The Environmental Counselor on the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Air Pollution Transport Rule.  The article provides background and analysis of the EPA and the Clean Air Act with respect to the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule, which EPA finalized on July 6, 2011.
