Mealear Tauch provides support for the firm’s hydropower, electric and natural gas regulatory practices. She works primarily with the hydropower practice by assisting with the preparation of license and permit applications and motions and pleadings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the federal courts. As an Energy Analyst, Mealear researches regulatory issues, monitors proceedings before FERC, and is responsible for managing cases during complex litigations.
