  • Conducted due diligence reviews of $862 and $343 million loan guarantees for backbone transmission projects provided by the U.S. Department of Energy under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act.
  • Advises the nation's largest municipal utility on compliance with state renewable energy standards, and updates to its Open Access Transmission Tariff.
  • Advises large public utilities and merchant transmission owners on participation in organized energy and capacity markets.
  • Represents a large public utility on implementation of FERC's regional and interregional transmission planning and cost allocation reforms under Order No. 1000; participation in the New York Independent System Operator, ISO New England and PJM Interconnection; and negotiation of power purchase agreements and other contractual arrangements.
  • Represent numerous wind, solar, and transmission developers in proceedings before FERC.
