Howard Feldman is a founding member of Van Ness Feldman. For 18 years he led the firm as Chairman, overseeing the firm’s expansion from a small boutique practice to a nationally regarded law and policy firm. Through Howard’s fiscal discipline and commitment to the welfare of all employees, he successfully guided Van Ness Feldman through the great recession intact.
Howard’s legal practice focuses on administrative and legislative issues in the tax, international trade, health, and public lands areas. In addition, he counsels clients with respect to general corporate and tax matters.
In 1968, Howard entered private practice, joining the Washington firm which eventually became Becker, Feldman & Becker, where he was engaged in an active tax and corporate practice.
