VNF's Kyle Danish is Quoted in Environmental Finance Article on Cap-and-Trade Bill

Van Ness Feldman partner Kyle Danish is quoted in an article that discusses various positions on the cap-and-trade program and allowance allocations in the Lieberman-Warner bill.

"The environment committee will probably not send a bill to the Senate by year-end, largely due to allowance allocation disagreements," said attorney Kyle Danish of Van Ness Feldman in Washington, "There are tens of billions of dollars of allowances at stake.  You could put aside all of the other issues, and it would still be contentious."
