In one of the first acts of the 110th Congress, Van Ness Feldman's government relations team ended a seven-year standoff by bringing numerous interests together to achieve passage of legislation removing federal restrictions blocking St. Louis County, MO from building a nonfederal road to a new economic development zone just outside of St. Louis. This was the second time in as many years that the firm helped the community achieve a direct legislative benefit.
