Our firm brought its interdiscplinary experience to bear on all aspects of this complex project. For example, we handled environmental permitting, FERC tariff regulation, relationships with state and local governments, and negotiations with consumers of capacity on the pipeline. 

The Western segment of the pipeline went into service in early 2007, with the balance scheduled to enter service in 2008.
