From Our Chairman: Expanding Our Practice
Dear Clients and Friends,
We are pleased to announce an expansion of our firm’s capabilities as we combine our practice with the Seattle law firm of GordonDerr LLP, a preeminent real estate, land use, water law, and civil litigation firm in the Pacific Northwest.
We anticipate finalizing the combination in the first quarter of 2012, and we will keep you apprised of our progress and more specific details. The combined firm will retain the name Van Ness Feldman, A Professional Corporation, and will operate its Seattle office under the name Van Ness Feldman GordonDerr for a transitional period.
In GordonDerr, we believe we have found the ideal partner for growth, as well as increased service and value to our clients. Our cultures mesh well, and we anticipate a seamless transition for our clients. As a combined firm, we look forward to helping a broad, national range of clients successfully navigate the complexities of developing, maintaining, and operating natural resource, energy, infrastructure, and sustainable real estate projects.
