David has over twenty years of experience in land development, planning, and environmental issues, including work for both the public and private sector. His experience includes project management and permitting, administration and development of land use and shoreline regulations, regulatory due diligence, research and analysis of technical data, environmental impact assessment, preparation of staff reports, and public involvement. He provides coordination and implementation services for large and complex planning and development projects. He is currently assisting several large industrial clients obtain Clean Air and Shoreline permits, working with multifamily and mixed use developers to permit new developments, and assisting several institutional/municipal clients with long-range land use planning.
