In an article discussing US utility companies' quest to gain access to international emissions credits, Van Ness Feldman member Kyle Danish is quoted.  

"Some of the Republicans who think `why should we send our money overseas,' don't understand how critical offsets will be in lowering the cost of the program."

The article also refers to the Coalition for Emission Reduction Projects, a recently formed advocacy group that Van Ness Feldman is advising.
