Kyle Danish was quoted in SNL Financial on the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed greenhouse gas emissions limits on new power plants and its surrounding legal challenges.  Mr. Danish said, "There are some novel aspects [to the EPA's new source performance standards].  And any time the agency departs from a traditional approach it creates at least some risk of a challenge from the left or the right or both," adding that, "It no doubt will be challenged, as any EPA Clean Air Act rulemakings are challenged, particularly any rulemaking involving greenhouse gases."
