Kyle Danish was quoted in an article in Greenwire focused on the EPA, and their attempt to propose new greenhouse gas standards.  In order for electric utilities to gain greater flexibility, Mr. Danish said that they must speak up, adding "I think it's pretty hard for the agency to do it right now.  It may be easier for them to be kind of traditional, command-and-control-based, so if people don't ask them to be flexible, I'm not sure they will do it."
