Kyle Danish was quoted in Coal Power Magazine on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia's decision to temporarily block the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR).  Mr. Danish said that the stay order suggests that the court has at least "some concerns about the legal validity of at least some aspects of the CASPR, " adding that, "it appears that the court's stay will push back the start of the CSPAR program by at least one year - and perhaps more if the court reverses EPA on core elements of the rule."
