Kyle Danish comments on the fate of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and the new Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR).  CAIR could remain in place for at least one more year as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awaits the D.C. Circuit Court's decision on whether CSAPR should be invalidated either in part or in full.  Mr. Danish notes, "If for some reason this court sends the CSAPR back to the EPA to fix, you could expect they would leave in place [CAIR] for yet another year."
