Bob Szabo was quoted in the Wall Street Journal on the nearing decision of a review of competition launched by the Surface Transportation Board.  In regard to the upcoming decision Mr. Szabo said, "Are shippers frustrated that the STB hasn't acted sooner? Yes.  But shippers will be grateful if they start doing anything" in order to provide more competition.
