Alongside U.S. Senators, a Member of Congress, and numerous industry executives and corporate counsel, VNF Member Michael McBride testified before the Surface Transportation Board in Ex Parte No. 677 - Common Carrier Obligations of Railroads.  McBride appeared on behalf of the Edison Electric Institute, the trade association for the investor-owned electric utility industry.
