This Special Institute on Resources Development and Climate Change is intended to give some context and clarity for managers and counsel to resources operations. It will provide overviews of the science underlying the conclusion that anthropogenic activities are affecting the climate, the technological responses that are available or under development, and the various legal and policy issues that are confronting energy producers and consumers.
