This conference will provide concrete support to the President's Major Economies Process, by focusing on what the United States can do domestically to stimulate the growth of clean energy technologies that power our homes and businesses.  In addition, it will provide valuable input for the lead-in to many of the topics and action items to be considered during the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference (WIREC) in Washington, DC in March 2008.
