Port of Centralia

Van Ness Feldman represents the Port of Centralia, a rapidly growing Port District, with permitting for over 2 million square feet of new industrial development, and in resolving appeals regarding the environmental impacts of this development with neighboring jurisdictions.  This work involves defending and resolving State Environmental Policy Act appeals, negotiating interagency agreements and regulatory disputes.  The firm also assists the Port with developing its Port Master Plan and revising its State Environmental Policy Act Regulations to allow more expeditious and defensible permitting as the Port District continues to grow and deal with the pressures and impacts of growth.
