Kyle Danish was quoted in a recent Power Daily article entitled, "Odds of Federal Climate Legislation Passing in Next Few Years Slim."

With regard to the prospect of Congress passing climate change legislation in the near future, Mr. Danish said, "given the divided Congress, legislation establishing a regulatory regime to address climate change appears to be improbable."
