Van Ness Feldman provides land use planning and legal services to this non-profit low income housing organization. The firm recently represented Compass in obtaining land use approvals from the City of Seattle for the construction of a “Housing First” project in the Ballard neighborhood, and successfully defended those approvals against community opposition in King County Superior Court.
