The American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE) is a partnership of companies (electric utilities, railroads, and coal producers) involved in the production of electricity from coal. The firm provides legal and technical assistance on a wide range of regulatory issues impacting coal-fired electricity generation, including issues related to the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions from new and existing power plants under the Clean Air Act.
